Cancellation Policy

Refunds and deferrals are issued in the following cases: Weekly Classes: If you withdraw prior to the start of your class session. Please note that TinkerLab will not offer a refund to families should you withdraw from programming once the programming session has begun. For example, if you register for a 7 week class being hosted January through February and withdraw after the first week of programs, the studio will not issue a refund for the remaining classes and the programming fees will not be transferred to future programming. *Weekly classes are classes that are hosted sequentially each week for any given amount of weeks (typically 5-7 weeks). ​ Workshops: At least 48 hours notice must be given to receive a refund or to defer the fee paid to another workshop. Within 48 hours we are unable to provide a refund or deferral, this includes registrations secured within 48 hours of the workshop. School Holiday Break Camps: Due to staffing arrangements and material cost and preparation we require at least 45 days notice to cancel camps, including summer, winter and March break camps. Deferral of fees cannot be made for school holiday break camps. ​ PD Day Camps: At least 48 hours notice must be given to receive a refund or to defer the fee paid to another camp. Deferrals can be made to another PD Day camp, March Break or Winter Break camp. Within 48 hours we are unable to provide a refund or deferral, this includes registrations secured within 48 hours of the PD Day Camp. There is a $20.00 administration fee for all cancellations. This fee cannot be applied to an account or deferred to another program, class, camp or workshop.
